FLY-IN

Fly-In: the technician flies to your yacht

A technician flies to your yacht in any port in Europe and the Canary Islands. Electrics, generators, navigation and refits, including longer projects.

When to choose Fly-In

When your yacht is in a port where yacht electricians are hard to find, when local service has long waiting times, or when you want the work done by someone who speaks your language. Fly-In clients are often owners with yachts in Croatia, Greece, Spain or the Canary Islands.

How the trip works

Remote preparation. Before the flight we collect photos, a description of the symptoms and equipment details. The technician arrives with a plan and parts, and work starts on the day of arrival.

Travel. The technician books the flights and accommodation. Travel costs are paid in advance, before booking.

Longer projects. For large refits we can come as a team of 2–3 people and work in rotation until the job is finished.

What you prepare. Access to the yacht, contact with the marina or yard and, if possible, shore power.

How a job works

  1. Message us on WhatsApp: yacht, marina, symptom or scope of work, equipment model.
  2. We agree the scope, parts and date. We can bring the parts or help you buy them.
  3. A deposit on labour is due before work starts.
  4. Work on board and a test, ideally with you present.
  5. A report of the work and a 12-month warranty on labour.
